Music and Dance
During the week we have the visit of a dance professor and a singer to enjoy the day and celebrate.
Games
We play games that are good for the mind, as they help to improve memory, cognitive function, and overall mental agility.
Food
We provide healthy food analyzed by a nutritionist, with the proper nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that the body requires for good health.
Transportation
We provide transportation services for all our members, including people who need handicapped assistance.
